Villa Cerca del Mar 4 is right next to the beach in Langosta. The exclusive community is located close to Tamarindo, where you will connect with locals, during surfing, at markets, shopping, and great restaurants.

This 2-story villa features room to sleep nine guests. Every facet of the home is intricately decorated. The colors put you in a vacation frame of mind.
Inside the house, you will feel at home with cozy living spaces, three elegant bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. You will find two King rooms, one of the rooms has a walkout terrace, and the other has a second-floor balcony. The third bedroom can sleep an additional three people.
Modern Meets Mediterranean
While the colors and design are beautifully Mediterranean of white and terracotta wall colors against deep, dark woods, the amenities are modern and convenient. The kitchen is gorgeous with white countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a hanging light feature that catches the eye.
