It’s in a gated community near everything you could want, from banks and restaurants to scuba diving and birdwatching tours.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Sleeps Six Guests</strong></h3><p>The home comfortably sleeps six guests. The primary bedroom is higher and has a private terrace and open-air bathtub. The other two bedrooms have built-in closets and ensuite bathrooms. One opens to the patio.&nbsp;</p><p>The appliances are top-notch, such as Vitamix, small appliances, and a hairdryer, and the kitchen is fully equipped.&nbsp;</p><p>The home is in a gated community close to everything: the lake, beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and banks.</p><h3><strong>Modern Design&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>The one-story home is open and airy with a grand color scheme. It included high ceilings and big glass sliding doors that open to a patio and green areas. It’s air conditioning, high-speed internet, smart TV, and luxurious linens.</p><h3><strong>Gorgeous Garden</strong></h3><p>You can enjoy the gorgeous gardens and refreshing breeze while having your morning coffee. The landscaping is designed around a huge magnificent Nya tree so you can enjoy the refreshing shade all year long</p>
