A large communal area sits on one side of the house, open space kitchen, dining, and living area.</p><h3><strong>Beachfront Access&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>This home is steps away from the ocean and sands. With a large front lawn full of green grass and palm trees, beyond lays the ocean. The ocean in front of the home is full of clear waters and clear skies. Being in front of the ocean and beachfront in this location is a rare and sought-after location. The beach is the main attraction in Santa Teresa, and you'll have the luxury of having it steps away from your bedroom. Watch the sun touch the ocean from the comfort of the villa or while sitting in the sand.</p><h3><strong>Private Pool&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>One of this home's main attractions is the private pool; as the weather in Santa Teresa is warm and sunny, the pool is the perfect place to hang out with your group.
