Las Catalinas is a oceanfront development built above and around Playa Danta in Costa Rica's Guanacaste province, just under an hour away from the Guanacaste International Airport in Liberia.

In the heart of Las Catalinas, down close to the beach, is Casa Sirena. This elegant two-story villa is built in a traditional Spanish style, complemented by plush, modern interiors.
Luxurious Elegance
Casa Sirena consists of three main bedrooms upstairs and a smaller room downstairs - and it comfortably fits nine people. The home has glorious ocean views, complete with a courtyard, private pool, and balconies.
Like the rest of the house, the four bedrooms are decorated in rich, neutral shades. Chocolate, beige, and tapioca tones create an ambiance of modern comfort. All have en-suite bathrooms and balconies with views of either the ocean or one of Las Catalinas' beautiful plazas.
Social areas at Casa Sirena include an open-plan living and kitchen space. The kitchen is a culinary dream for cooking enthusiasts with stainless steel appliances and marble surfaces, although guests can arrange for a cook. French windows opening out onto the courtyard and pool area keep the room light and airy.
You'll find an outdoor dining area with a BBQ area alongside a private pool and jacuzzi through those French windows.

Las Catalinas is a perfect village to explore on foot (no cars allowed), enjoy the place's ambiance, checking out quaint stores and restaurants. Nearby, there are also hiking and biking trails and snorkeling and diving available - just ask the concierge!
