Golfito sits on the Golfo Dulce in Costa Rica's southern zone, across from the Osa Peninsula. It's the biggest and most southerly town in Costa Rica, providing access to rainforests and beaches, as well as a large duty-free zone. This city is often overlooked by tourists, but is well worth a visit.
