<h2><strong>Welcome to Lot Four</strong></h2><p>This lovely home sleeps ten people in 5 bedrooms. There are 2 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, and 2 Single Beds, including four full and two half baths.&nbsp;</p><p>Some favorite features include a pool and a rooftop jacuzzi, and a wet bar. It’s modern and comfortable, yet in a tropical, dreamy vacation setting.</p><h3><strong>Walking Distance&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>Lot Four is steps from Flaming Beach, “Playa Flamingo”. Guests love spending time at Playa Flamingo, a gorgeous beach, and walking to the nearby shops and restaurants.</p><h3><strong>Rooftop Jacuzzi&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>The most luxurious place in the home is the rooftop hangout, the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, your evening cocktail, or the colors of the sunset over the ocean seen from the jacuzzi. But, of course, we recommend watching the sunrise from there, too, if you’re an early bird. It’s quite something.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Ocean Views&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>This home has a great waterfront view. Each of the five bedrooms is complete with modern comforts, great beds, lovely decorations, and the best decoration: an incredible ocean view. You can also see the ocean from your pool and jacuzzi. So no matter where you are in this home or on the property, you will be on a tropical beach vacation.</p>

<p>This was the favorite place for the rest of my family. They all enjoyed the beach and boogie boarding here. The beach location was wonderful! It was very family oriented and much quieter and isolated. While here we did a snorkel boating trip... We even saw a howler monkey as we were leaving. The planned excursions and included transportation throughout our trip in Costa Rica made our trip so much easier to relax as we didn’t have to think about the planning for that.</p>
