Welcome to Casa de Iluminacion
Casa de Iluminacion is a modern vacation rental completed in 2021. It sits on a Guanacaste hillside, above the beach town of Brasilito, and with easy access to Playa Conchal, Playa Flamingo, Playa Potrero, and other nearby coastal communities.
Ocean Views
It's a five-bedroom home, suitable for groups of up to 16 people who will have ample space while staying here. And although Casa de Iluminacion sits high in the hills, it's only a few minutes' drive to Brasilito and Conchal, both less than two miles away. In addition, the hillside location gives Casa de Iluminacion a degree of privacy and seclusion than other homes on the beach often lack. Plus, it has some of the best sunsets available every night from the home's poolside terrace.
Modern Decor and Layout
Guests staying at Casa de Iluminacion will enjoy an open-plan kitchen and living room, complete with a covered outdoor dining/lounge area to provide a full indoor/outdoor living experience. Right next to here is the pool deck featuring a large L-shaped infinity pool that melts away into the Pacific Ocean beyond. There is also a fire pit and a whole bbq area to take advantage of those outdoors afternoons and evenings.
Amenities at Casa de Iluminacion include a 24/7 security and alarm system, full-time maid service, washer/dryer, five lockboxes, A/C, wifi, and a smart TV in all five bedrooms.
Each bedroom comes with a king-size bed, with one bedroom featuring a laddered loft with two extra beds and another with an additional sofa bed. The primary bedroom has its balcony complete with a soaking tub and sun deck. There's also a downstairs apartment with its terrace.
