in Santa Theresa, Esencia offers 10 comfortable Mediterranean
style lodges, all opened plan with oranges and yellow colors
providing a warm and comfortable feel to your stay. Each
lodge comes with its very own terrace area for relaxing
in the sun in the lodges' own deck chairs, as well as own
private bathroom and safety deposit box.
Esencia
has its very own free form swimming pool so you can cool
off from the Costa Rican sun, before getting back out and
drying off on the sunbathing terrace both surrounded by
Costa Rica's superb flora and fauna.
 If
sand is what you’re after, then a short walk down to the
local beach leaves you with miles of golden white sands
to walk on as well as the turquoise blue of the sea which
can also provide excellent surfing opportunities.
There is an on site gym for
those that want to exercise some energy whilst on their
stays in the thatched club house, or if you prefer something
a little less energetic, how about relaxing and stretching
yourself in a yoga session.
Nearby there are plenty of small gift shops
to find that perfect present for someone at home as well
as plenty of bars and restaurants that offer a wide range
of international and local cuisines to cater for a whole
variety of different tastes.
